E3 Management Consulting, LLC (E3) worked with a leading government contractor to support a compliant and winning bid package for the GSA's One Acquisition Solution for Integrated Services (OASIS) very first Small Business (SB) on-ramp. OASIS SB is a 100% small business set-aside contract, and was developed in response to the government's substantial need for hybrid, government-wide acquisition vehicle. "E3 worked directly with our client to provide pricing strategy, compliance, and proposal support," said Etta Edwards, CEO of E3. "We are proud to have received notice that our client was one of the 31 final awardees in OASIS SB Pool 2. Using our proprietary business development, capture management, and bid & proposal support methodologies, we are proud to have added yet another substantial win for our clients, while giving the federal government another avenue by which it can reach small business to procure critical services and solutions."
