Founder & CEO
In 2015, Etta founded E3 to create an intimate, high touch consultancy serving government contractors all across the globe. Besides serving as CEO and owner, she also serves as our principal consultant, bringing our brand of senior consultants, who all require very little oversight to win government contracts for our clients.
Classically trained in business development and capture management, Etta has held responsibility for portfolios as large as $50 Billion, with her largest single, funded task order award worth over $3 billion. She has worked with PE-backed startups to stand up public sector practices, supported fortune-rated global firms, and every size in between, in industries such as telecommunications, wireless & RF communications, geospatial data & intelligence, satellite, quantum computing, aerospace, information technology, AI, LLM, & agentic startups, cybersecurity, interpreting, and other professional services.
Etta is passionate about many things other than government contracting, including fitness, weight training, bowling, tennis, football, and travel. Her greatest joy of all is being Isaac and Amelia’s mom.

He has helped large and small businesses win contracts ranging from $100k to $2 billion in value with Federal and state agencies.
Alex is a proud husband and father of three who resides in Southern Maryland and enjoys traveling and reading in his free time.

His expertise lies with complex, multi volume bids that require cross-functional coordination across multiple workstreams and partners, and is known for his calm, down-to-business demeanor. He excels in high pressure situations, and has led and won opportunities in the millions up to the billions.
When not leading bids with precision, Chris enjoys spending time with his wife, reading, writing short stories/novels, and travel. He is based in Clearwater, Florida.
