E3 Management Consulting, LLC (E3) worked with a leading government contractor to support a compliant and winning bid package for the GSA's One Acquisition Solution for Integrated Services (OASIS) very first Small Business (SB) on-ramp. OASIS SB is a 100% small business set-aside contract, and was developed in response to the government's substantial need for hybrid, government-wide acquisition vehicle. "E3 worked directly with our client to provide pricing strategy, compliance, and proposal support," said Etta Edwards, CEO of E3.
